Hot Nutella...in April?

We interrupt your regularly schedule spring to bring you a few cold, damp days.

Look on the bright, warm, creamy side...

Buttercream's Not Just For Cake Anymore...

Driving home from dinner, my 3 year old let out an
"Oh SH#%!"

Insert gasp.

What now?

Though I'm no behavior specialist, I got this!

*Contain your laughter.
*Drive home, making no contact with those giant brown eyes.
*Kiss the little foul mouth goodnight.
*Dip into the left over buttercream (spoonful, fistful, who am I to judge).
*Pour yourself a glass of wine.
*And THANK GOD it wasn't the F word!

Basic Buttercream Icing
1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened
1 tsp vanilla
2 tbsp milk
1 lb (@ 4 cups) confectioners sugar
a pinch of salt

Cream butter, vanilla and milk. Add sugar and salt. Blend until creamy.

Enjoy!
